Author Guidelines |
Original and unpublished papers are invited for presentation in the technical sessions of the conference. Regular paper is limited to 6 pages. The extra charges per page will be levied if the length exceeds the limit of 6 pages subject to a maximum of 10 pages. The paper should not contain page numbers or any special headers or footers (e.g. Author's name & title of the paper). Mandatory footnotes (that are part a of paper / acknowledgement to authors) are allowed. The accepted and registered papers will be published by Springer. It is mandatory for all authors to include copyright strip on the first page of papers as per the guidelines of ThinkQuest. For all selected papers a copyright form signed by the lead author is to be submitted as per ThinkQuest format. Acceptance of papers will be communicated to authors through e-mail. All papers must be submitted through 'Easy Chair Submission Page'. |

- Regular paper is limited to 6 pages. The extra charges of INR 600 / USD 50 per page will be levied if the length exceeds the limit of 6 pages subject to a maximum of 10 pages.
- The Editorial Board reserves the rights regarding inclusion of papers in the Conference proceedings.
- All participants including authors attending the conference are required to register by submitting registration form and paying registration fees. At least one author of the paper must register for inclusion of paper for presentation.
- Registration fee shall be payable by each author desiring to attend the Conference. Separate fee will be payable for each additional paper.
- Registration fee includes registration kit, proceedings, breakfast, tea, meals for the Conference duration.

| Selected authors not attending conference have to pay INR 1000 / USD 100 per paper extra for the inclusion of papers in conference proceedings and publication. |

| Issue of Certificate |
| Participation Certificate will be issued only to Authors of the papers selected for the conference and who subsequently present the paper at the conference. In order to receive the Participation Certificate, at least one author should present the paper at the Conference. Participation Certificate will not be issued to authors whose paper could not be presented at the Conference due to the author remaining 'absent'. However, those participants who register themselves for 'Paper presentation in Absentia' at the time of the registration of the paper will also receive Participation Certificates, if their paper is selected. |

| Hotel accommodation will be arranged as per the request by the delegates in the nearby area. Request should come at least three weeks in advance. Tariff charges will be made available on the conference website. |

| Hostel |
| Limited Hostel facilities are available free of cost to the delegates coming from outside Mumbai on twin sharing basis. Hostel allotment will be strictly on first-come-first-serve basis. For more Information about accommodation visit BGIT conference website. |
